Hi Fishes, i have two year of experience in ML (and DL) and now am into MLOPS. After spending few months in MLOPS am feeling whether to switch back to ML profile since in MLOPS I don't know what's happening on model side, some other team is building the model and I am just deploying and monitoring it.
What's the scope of MLOPS ? Is it good to continue on MLOPs profile? What's your thoughts/suggestions on this

I am trying to move from my farming role back to an outbound prospecting position. I have a couple screening calls for some pretty awesome companies and I would love some pointers on how to beat the objection that I have only been in my farming role since June. How would you sell the fact you want to go back to SDR, I am sick and tired of non revenue generating activity and miss having a list to attack.

Currently my job includes payroll responsibilities and I’m thinking of accepting a new job at a new company that would solely be HR. Right now payroll takes up about 50% of my time and I’m wondering what should I transition my focus on if I accept the new job? I joined LTI in March and got tagged to a brand new client. Until yesterday PM told that project will start soon and their is delay from client end. But today he confirmed that project is cancelled and now I'm just floating in employee's pool. What should I do in this situation? Why did they hire if they didn't have project confirmed.
