Hello there, for relocation, I have to fill my Destination and Departure Residence in the Global Mobility portal. Now Departure Residence, I am guessing is my Permanent Adress. But what's Destination Residence? Since once reaching the base location I am yet to find a residence! Any thoughts on this?

If I join the firm as an associate senior in July would I be eligible to promote to experienced senior in august?

Things seem to not have been panning out for me before COVID. Nothing has really been working out for me in terms of metrics at my first year with my firm. Dating has been a wreck.
