Hello there! I currently work in billing at a medical office. I got my Bachelors in Psychology a few years ago but I couldn’t find a position that seemed like a good option for me that was well paying and fulfilling. I tried working as a tech at an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic but it wasn’t a good fit. I’m hesitant to try case management or social work because I worry I won’t like it but I want to use my degree in Psychology. Does anyone have any ideas for me?

I’m considering an offer for IT Cloud Architect role. What is a decent salary range for someone for this role with 12yrs of exp with a Masters degree?

The role is very UI focused, am a jr but the role is Mid weight, yet I still got through! Yay
But now I got an email from the interviewer asking for live links of apps and websites that are similar to theirs that I have designed before.. I am stuck... should I decline the interview? I don't have much links to send. And the ones I did were confidential and the ones that are not , are already on my website what should I do?

I’ve been a project manager for 7 years at the same company. It is small and I report to the Senior VP. I have not received annual evaluations and have had to fight for every increase in salary I’ve received. Am I being too sensitive?

One group of friends I have are all white and they've been very insensitive to the asian hate that's going on lately. They kept saying it's overblown and how all of the videos they've seen are of non-whites attacking asians. I simply stated that I'm afraid for my parents because they're defenseless and they told me again that it's overblown and statistics don't lie.

It's pretty hurtful because racism is so real and I just don't understand the lack of compassion.
