My career path has been anything but linear - interned in creative (copy), worked in SEO/content creation until I got my BA in advertising (minor in Psych). Worked first two years in digital media, then two in branded content + project/account management. Now in an SAE role, which I enjoy but want to continue my education in line with my interest in the big picture planning and strategy.

I’ve been a club performing rep for years at a SaaS company…but as an enterprise account exec… my average deal size is around $75k in annual recurring, quota of $1M. Are there any Workers Compensation MO Claims Adjuster here? I handle complex MO claims, which include review and authorization of surgeries. Basically, if the EE is not LT, the MO Adjuster manages the claims to closure. As an MO Adjuster, is that what you do? At what point do you transfer claims to LT Adjuster? What's your average monthly claim count? I'm trying to find out if my job duties and 10-hour shifts are in line with my salary. Or should I move on

I am an personal lines account manager/client manager (property and casualty) going on 6 years experience and I am being paid $53k a year. I am living in CA and work for a large corporation (about 1500 employees). Do you think that $53k is low or seems like adequate pay?

Personal lines agents that work from supplied leads, have you guys noticed a huge slow down in lead quantity this year over last? Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer?
