Hello to all! Wanted to see if anyone can share some insight on exxonmobil hiring process. I interviewed twice in late April. My application status before the interview showed In Progress. A week after the interview the date updated and continued to show in progress. Its almost 3 months now and I have not heard anything yet. No rejection email and no update for the application status. Is this a normal timeframe for exxonmobil? Does exxon notify by email if rejected? Thanks ExxonMobil

I took a low paying contract role at a MAANG company just to have it on my resume and hopes to get full time out of it. I found that the role was a joke and I ended up fixing everything that was wrong and doing all the work for all the leads above and giving them credit. After a year, my contract ended abruptly. After i cleared all the rounds. HR told me- initially we were hiring for 2 positions one is filled already & other one is in hold due to recession. After 2 weeks i got a call from them asking me if i am still interested they have re-opened and now i am again waiting for the offer letter they said it will take 2 days for approval from finance
