How much salary should I ask to HSBC ( Tech Stalk - mainframe , yoe - 6.8 yrs). Already cleared tech and managerial round waiting for psychometric test and HR discussion. Could anyone please suggest which org would be better to join between Cognizant and Capgemini? Cognizant- 8.3lpactc (will have a counter offer) Capgemini- 9lpa ctc

Total exp- 2.8 yrs (Relevant- 1.8 yrs)

There wont be any legal issues , just that you might get some cursing from the HR and might get blacklisted in that company.
There will be no legal issues. Companies will always a backup role but just let them know when ever you accept another companies offer. A simple email should do good.
No issue accept it but before few days of joining atleast inform them that u got something better
