McKinsey & Company Can someone recommend the top consulting firms to look at for HCLS opportunities? Preferably firms with a dedicated BU in HCLS focused on advising as well as project based work. I am currently in discussions with Huron. I have looked at Oliver Wyman (appears to be heavy on payor and Rev Cycle), Deloitte McKinsey & Company and Capgemini Iāve reached out to McKinsey but didnāt receive a reply. Any direction/advice and referrals would be greatly appreciated!

BCPs helped me a ton. I would also get massage and chirp adjustment 48 hours before my cycle started so that I was in shape when the cramps came on. Generally had serious cramps that prevented work at least two days a month. Once married, I was unable to conceive even with infertility help so had a hysterectomy at 30 and woke up feeling 1000times better. Thereās also an Endometriosis Foundation supporting research in treatment offerings. Look them up! Best of luck to you.

I would look into getting a consultation for an endo specialist about options.
I was diagnosed and treated for endometriosis via laparoscopy earlier this year. My doctor said that this was the only way to be fully diagnosed for endometriosis and the benefit would be on the spot treatment via laparoscopy if they found any. Everything was a success and I have no regrets at all.
I had terrible cramps growing up, even worse during college. Went on BCP post college for about 5 years, then IUD for 3 yrs. Didnāt realize BCP was treating my endo but it came back when I was on IUD. Totally screwed up my sex life which was hard for my husband and me. We were also concerned about conceiving issues down the line so decided to go ahead with the laparoscopy
