None of these . All are low balled offer . Look for better opportunity
Pwc is having so much work pressure, so if your very first priority is WLB, then ignore it.
I would suggest Mindtree. Good wlb, good for learning.
PWC no wlb.though depends on project.i have had most working weekends.Smaller teams. With 2-3 members hence work pressure and responsibility will be more.If WLB is a priority you might join the other two

Go with PwC.
Rising Star
Pwc
Accenture is best among these considering WLB.
Mindtree is very good for growth.
leave pwc, audit companies have more work pressure.
Go for mindtree or Accenture consider other aspects like location and hybrid/Wfh.
Best option to look for better package atleast 14-16
Wlb depends on project and culture is same in all service based company, would advise to look for any product based company.
In Accenture as well pressure differce project to project But work culture is good.
Very less variable pay and hike.
Forget variable, only consider fixed pay while joining accenture. 21% they mentioned and actually they give 7 to 8%.
Accenture will never pay full variable. Less than 10%
I would suggest to go with PwC if its PwC AC, you will get the opportunity to learn about the business perspectives as well and that will add immense value in future.
