How do I lose the gut? It’s been a few years since I switched to brown rice. Should I go the no rice route? Tried intermittent fasting for a while last year and didn’t seem to do too much for weight loss. Alcohol not a big factor, hardly drink once a month. Not having calories deficit and not much physical activity are the major reasons I can think of.
