If I already had some broader experiences, I’d go with the niche practice, assuming I wanted to do that specific kind of work. Chances are that opportunities will eventually arise within to broaden the scope of work, anyway.
If I was earlier in my career without a broad range of experiences, I would go with the fintech option. You have time to specialize more later.
Agree with A1, but would add that it also depends on what your ultimate career goal is. E.g., if you want to be a general counsel, going with the broader role is probably better.

Agreed. I feel more useful to the organization being able to support multiple areas.
I actually have very niche experiences as of now, and the fintech experience would be more like a product lawyer

It depends on your long term career goals. Long term, is your interest in being a specialist or more of a generalist? Also depends on your personal financial situation as to whether you have the option to turn down the higher paycheck.

They defiantly are, but after working with f100, fintech’s are a bit uncertain and you need to have an exit ready always
