How much is the salary for a denodo consultant ?

Hi Partners - can you pls share how much you made or make on your 1st and 2nd year post Partner admission?

I’m a 3rd year associate at a MM PE fund that has been successful in deploying our first fund and we’re now raising our 2nd at ~$400M. I was the 1st hire 2+ years ago and am the only associate. I do everything including DD, PortCo value creation and IR. Currently paid $250k all-in in a HCOL but with no carry & work 70+ hrs. Am I paid market? How should I broach a title/raise/carry participation discussion? My partners haven’t run a PE firm before as they were operators so not sure they know.

I've applied and networked for my dream job and didn't get an interview this time. Also dissatisfied with compensation and some of the responsibilities at my current job but have a lot of opportunity to learn. So the question is do I stay where I'm not thrilled to be now because it's good experience to set me up for the dream job next time there's an opening, or do I leave now to an option that's better pay and more interesting but farther off the path towards my long term goal?

Hello, I just received an offer with Chase for the Relationship Banker position with the pay rate of 50k yr + commission. Do you think it is a fair pay rate or I can negotiate for more? Also, they just mentioned to me at pre offer step that if I quit or change within the first year or two, I will have to pay for the lincenses' fee. Does anyone know how much would it be for the fee? And also am I still able to keep the licenses if I leave?

Someone less than 1 year of experience earns $69k. I’m also PHR certified and have 5+ years of progressive experience in all functions of HR. I’ve been in my current role for less than a year and within my first 6 months multiple managers left as well as my hiring manager and multiple developers on a team I manage. I was kind of thrown to the wolves which is fine but recently another manager was just hired in the next pay grade who is walking into a much better position. Worst part is my new manager didn’t even know my title wasn’t the next level. When do I bring up that I feel I should be moved to the next level as well?

So I have a meeting with a company tomorrow to get their official offer to be a BDR. It’s a tech company in PA, relatively LCOL area, their revenue is around $3-5 million a year. I have about a years experience. Any idea what I should expect? I know there’s a base and obviously bonus + commission but I don’t know the split %.

I know the official policy is 3 days in the office. I’d there a way negotiate to negotiate that to let’s say 2 days in the office during hiring?

How can you quantify all benefits, besides medical, dental and vision. My numbers say I would be taking around a $8k pay cut. I currently make $65/hr as a BA, but I do ALL the QA work, and even PM, they are offering me full time at $110k/year with “bonus of 10%”… but I feel i am taking a big pay cut and bonus Will have to wait another year. I counter offered $115k, because the initial offer was $105k, and the HR lady told me $110k is the final offer. Is it worth going to full time? Advice?
