Hello!

I have an upcoming interview with a hiring manager for a non-tech position (Tax).

I would like to ask a few questions on the interview process and the next steps.

Can anyone please help? I will DM and hopefully we discuss further.

Hello All!

Last year I pivoted internally to a Product Manager role, which has been good to me; however, I think I would like explore Product Marketing. I’ve always loved story telling and want to combine that with strategy. Any tips on how to transition to the field?

A little background on myself is I have 11 YOE.
2 years - Marketing
8 years - Merchandise Planning and Category Development
1 year - Product Management

Thank you in advance for the feedback!

Hi fishes,

What is the entry level CTC IQVIA offers to freshers(Analyst) role?

I need help!!! Got an offer for Citi Private Bank at 110k for an Associate Banker (A1) position. Considering all the bulge brackets just announced 100k base for 1st year Analysts and that every year you go up 5k, that makes me feel like they are trying to lowball. I stupidly gave a salary range during the interview of 110-140k, cuz I was guessing, but I know JPM pays 130k base for the same role. How do I get myself to 130? First time negotiating, any advice appreciated!!!

Hi all! I’m an engineer working in the global health space and I’m finding it’s a small, small pool. I also just found out that a new hire (male, also an engineer) is the reason I got a raise after ~5 years of stagnancy. I love my job, but it’s time to move on. Anyone who’s worked in nonprofit spaces - did you stay? Did you switch to consulting/government/etc or go corporate? I’ve been applying without much response, and I’m debating whether a PMP very or masters is going to be necessary.

Every day I get more and more burnt out. At a smaller regional firm (mainly tax), 5 years experience, making manager this year, but every day is just more boring and dull. I hate sitting at a desk all day, and not sure how much longer I can do this. Any advice…?

I started at a new firm this year in January. I had a billable goal that was given to me mid year of around 1750 house for the year. I am nowhere near that and definitely will not meet the goal. I had so many non billable hours I was forced to take when I first came in. I worked my ass off in busy season. At my previous firm I never fell short of hours as it was B4. This firm is mid sized and more focused on WLB. My question is how bad do you think this will affect my comp??
