I'm looking for roles that have aspects of event strategy & marketing. I have experience doing both and would like to continue on that path but I struggle with what titles to look for. I’ve been approached my by company (software) that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

Wanted to share my GC timeline here and get everyone’s hopes up😃 I-485/131/765 filed in Oct 2020 (Didn’t submit medical exam). Biometric in mid March. I-131/765 approved first week of August. Received EAD 3 days after that. I-485 approved the same day I received EAD (Didn’t get RFE for medical!). Received GC 3 days after approval. I’m EB-2 ROW, receipt number starts with MSC. This has been a very helpful bowl, just wanna say thank you!! And good luck to everyone still waiting!
