Shouldn’t be hesitant to ask your supervisor these things if you are brand new and not getting the onboarding you need. But in short:
DOFU = date of first use, usually used around sales materials/pieces for a launch.
POA = a (somewhat dated) term for “period of action” or something like that that’s basically planned sales periods where they may push a new campaign or message angle
Label = PI = a drug’s prescribing information.
SSI = selected safety info, whereas ISI is all of the important safety information.
These are all really helpful, in Europe we use almost none of these (apart from PI, but our PI sounds like your SSI).
How are you working at CDM?
I’m brand new and there’s not much onboarding.
SSI: select safety information
ISI: important safety information
It’s been a while since I’ve done pharma but I think PI is prescribed information
POA and DOFA didn’t come up in my work, sounds like it’s specific to the agency or kind of pharma
Good luck

If PDUFA had children their names would be POA and DOFA
When I first started in pharma a helpful copywriter gave me a page of acronyms. It was a needed lifeline. It is confusing and like a new language. Others have given great answers. Best of luck.
Oof, talk to your supervisor or PM. They should understand and give you the answers!
