I had a blow up beach ball that had multiplication facts on it called math ball (check online). The kids tossed it around and had to solve whichever problem their left thumb was on. They loved playing catch and I loved they were learning. It was something like this: 24" Diameter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005QDVO4M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_.rYzDb9QH151F
I might try little jingles/rhymes
It is important that your students have the pre-requisite skills for computing multiplication before they learn this skill. Use modeling when explaining multiplication. Break it down into the smallest steps you can when explaining how to multiply. Not do this then that. “First, I ____, next I ____”. Then have students use your same language as they compute. Use manipulatives (pick items of student interest to gain their attention). Good luck!

Flash cards, games, and Prodigy!! Prodigy is standards aligned and has options for different states. It can be tailored to what you desire the students to practice. My Spec. Edu students love it.
