What’s the interview process for Counsel roles?
I was selected in TCS in May 2022. Had accepted the offer but didn't complete further process(BGV and all). Now I am getting innumerous numbers of calls daily from TCS to attend the interview. So I attended one yesterday and got selected as well. Now they're asking me to complete profile on TCS ibegin portal. But it is saying duplicate profile found(due to PAN no.) as I had already accepted offer few months back from some different email id. And my profile is still there in the system. What should I do?

Joe Biden has received the endorsement of the leader of the Revolutionary Communist Party (RCP).
This endorsement makes a lot of sense seeing his planned taxation and spending policies. New running mate candidate, perhaps?

Hi, I have recently got the offer from HCL Technologies, they are offering only 7LPA and I have a counter offer in Cognizant, they offering me 8.8 LPA. I spoke with the HCL HR on the same, HR said that they will revise the offer two days before my joining date. This was happened over the phone call, so I mailed them to send me a mail, detailing all the information we talked over the call, but still I didn't get any mail from them. Now they are urging me to upload the docs. What I do??

Find a way to stand out. Emails get overlooked or lost in the shuffle all the time. If you are writing a CD directly realize their inboxes are always loaded with approvals, meeting requests, venders reaching out, other creatives trying to get noticed, etc. And going through the agency recruiter is a crap shoot because they are there to be a buffer. Your email may not even get in front of the person who would be the decision maker. Network, use your contacts for introductions, be persistent (but know when it’s time to move on), find a recruiter and then another recruiter if the first one isn’t a good fit, try and make contacts through LinkedIn, etc, etc. Sending emails is easy and not looking at them is easier. It’s the nature of the business. People are too busy so give them a reason to not overlook your book. Realize you are one of a bunch of ADs trying to get noticed so find a way to differentiate yourself.
It’s been really rough for me too. Lots of UX/UI positions posted, lots of designer roles posted. Not many AD jobs and without knowing anyone at the agency no one even responds to emails. Pretty sure I don’t suck that bad but I don’t know why it’s so tough over the last year and a half
