Help! I moved into a new apt building in November. rent here is about 3k but avg rent in this area is way less. There’s been many things I’ve noticed AFTER moving in but the one thing that I can’t get over is the people who live above me. I HEAR their music at 7 am. Like I can sing along to the lyrics that’s how loud it is. It sounds like someone is running back and forth / moving furniture alllll day. It’s driving us insane.
