I have been working with Cognizant for over 2 years now. The client that I’ve been working with recently asked me to apply for an internal position with them. I did so, however, now the client is saying that they are not planning to disclose this information to Cognizant and that I shouldn’t too.
I am sceptical about this situation. Can I be in trouble for joining the client’s company?

Hi All! I just wanted to get clarification on a point. Please clarify my doubt.
I am a full time employee of an organization. But I have an opportunity to work part time on contract basis for another organization and the timings do not clash with current work timings.
Can I take this job as well along with my current job since it does not interfere at all with my current job and it wont have any legal impact since it is on contract basis (no PF account interference)?

I have started exploring more about BPM as I am interested in both technologies. I want to work with both, a bit hesitant as I couldn't find anyone with around 5 YoE and using both technologies.
