YOE 8, CTC 12,42,000. I m almost in bench in my current company.
I got offer from a startup, which is 1 year old, offering 16LPA and hired for Servicenow platform. they say i m hired bcz of multi domain profile.
Should i take up this offer?
Also, this is mid year appraisal time here. is it good to drop papers?

I had my technical round with TCS yesterday. It went on for 45 mins and I had answered close to 17 of the 20 questions that were asked to me. The interviewer also gave a positive kind of response stating that you will have a managerial round after this and then HR. But nothing has happened after that. I tried emailing the HR who had arranged for my interview but I did not receive a response. Any idea about the TCS hiring process or how else can I reach them to kno the results ?
