SHEFIT!!!!!
I am obsessed with them. Seriously. I do OrangeTheory so I need something that really works at holding the boobs down. I’ve had 2 shefit bras since last year and I love them. Planning on getting a whole set of them so I can have enough for a whole week sans laundry.
Front zipper closure with interior clasps to make it easy to zip. Love the zipper! Had some VSX zip bras before but these put those to shame on quality and support.
They have an adjustable band and straps that you can easily do yourself while wearing to get the perfect fit. Makes sizing much easier and also helps with keeping a consistent fit if your weight tends to fluctuate.
I think the adjustability will help you get a good fit, stay comfortable and you could easily adjust during anxiety in a split second if you ever wanted to. (I have clinical anxiety so I know the overwhelming feeling you mean and how I struggle to breathe during an attack)

Check out their bounce test videos. I kept seeing their ads last year and finally gave in to try one. Won’t buy anything else now. I am a C but recently converted a girlfriend with much bigger boobs - she was using 2x sports bras at the same time - and she’s a big fan, can wear just one sports bra now and no longer has to perform criss angel magic tricks to get out of it. I think they work well for a wide range of sizes.
Good luck!

PS: their marketing is also really inclusive and body positive if that sort of thing is important to you.
I also loved that it was started by a working mom. https://www.workingmother.com/workmom-qa-sara-moylan-creator-shefit-sports-bra
They were on shark tank in 2016 and got a deal with Daymond.
I get claustrophobic if I feel like I can’t breathe when I’m working out, so I always buy sports bras 1) a size up 2) low back or minimal fabric so I don’t feel “trapped”
I’m a fan of Nike’s low-impact sports bras (34A, so not much to support lol) bc the straps are slim and they’re easy to get in/out of, but they have a good selection if you filter for high-impact
If you're not bouncing around a whole lot, go for low-impact bras or ones made for yoga! They're much less tight. I love athleta and lulu bras. Pricey, but nice. :)
Just read you need support.. hmm I still like athleta bras for high/med impact though

Puma bras from Costco. It’s $16 for a 2 pack. Can’t beat it pricewise and pretty comfy.
Outdoor Voices sports bras feel like a dream!

What's your size ? Recommendation of "good support" will change accordingly
I’m small/medium, 34B but sometimes buy larger size sports bra because it feels too tight and I can’t breathe. But also I am approaching 40 and need support even though I’m not a bigger cup size

Front zippers are 10x easier than ones that clasp in the back!

This is my new quarantine go to - I am 36c and bought a pair of fruit of the loom
Pull over sports bras off of amazon. Literally the most breathable things I’ve ever had my body touch, they are awesome! Now they don’t provide a whole lot of support, so when I have to do Zumba or something, I double up on my my tops - do a tank top + crop or something along those lines and it’s been awesome! No issues whatsoever!
