Drink so much water. Like so so so much.
Honestly if you are killing yourself pumping to get an ounce, I highly suggest just stopping. Baby will be fine and you will be way happier too! Keep breastfeeding morning and night if that is working, but if not formula and bottles are great.

Supply and demand go to https://kellymom.com/ for some good info. Power pump and hydrate
Yes, pump whenever you can. It helped me to wake up at night and pump. Sucked, but only had to do it for about a week to get a big increase.
The only true way to increase supply is by removing milk from the breasts. Make sure you are eating well and staying hydrated. Pump regularly every 2-3 hours and add in a power pumping session each day.
Pump more often as much as you can stand. I had low supply initially and got it up with a combination of pumping lots, drinking a ton of water, lacatation cookies, oatmeal and barley and some other foods they say helps with milk supply (could be bogus but what’s the harm in eating a few more cookies 😋)
Not sure how often you’re pumping but try to pump every 2 hrs for next 3-5 days, Lactation tea, oatmeal, power pumping and stay hydrated. Also, speaking to a lactation consultant could help. Goodluck mama!
Power pump! 20 min. Break 10. Pump 10. Break 10. Pump 10. I would do this once a day for 3 days in a row anytime I was low and it always helped
