Help! Pursue a great career VS my passion?

For context: I’ve been a startup founder and ran a small fitness studio (my passion). I had to close them down due to COVID. Then I got a job at a local Accelerator to pay my bills.

Workload & company culture wasn’t a fit, so I quit. I have a dilemma whether to join a global accelerator (huge pay and learning potential) or go back to my fitness biz. I’ve yet to figure out my longterm goals, but I really enjoy doing both! Pls share your thoughts 🙏🏼

How tough is it to get internal switching from one role to other in CitiusTech?

I started dating this guy some months before covid struck.. he was literally crazy about me. He even stayed in Hyderabad for months just so that we could meet once before he went on to stay with his family. After that it had been a real roller coaster. He pampered me a lot before and now he hardly talks. We both have switched to different companies (earlier were in the same) and now he works 6 days a week. Sleeps or Vists his relatives or works on Sundays. Sometimes I feel he no longer loves me.

I keep getting contract offers on LinkedIn (think self-employed consultant). The rates seem really good ($120-$150/hr). I have around 5 years exp and a CISSP. It slipped in a meeting today that everyone but me is included in going. More in comments.

I received a job offer for a PM position with a base of $125K and a 10% bonus, fully remote and ok benefits. The parental leave is pretty bad, just FMLA and STD/LTD so the most I’d get is 60% of my salary for 12 weeks. I’ve cancelled most of my interviews except for one where the pay is $135K, 20% bonus, hybrid schedule, good benefits and 16 weeks fully paid parental leave. I’d like to start my family in a year or two - is it better to take the remote gig or the hybrid role with full paid leave?

I am looking to get any advice/tips on managing people. I just accepted a lead role and it’s my first time leading a team professionally. Thank you in advance!
