With a consulting experience of two years what should I be more focused on...the job role or the salary?

Deloitte is offering me the position of a Consultant and Accenture of an Analyst (As there is no concept of a senior associate/senior associate consultant in Accenture and you are directly promoted from Analyst to a consultant).

Accenture is providing a higher package (21%higher than Deloitte)

Should I discount the HSW + M7 odds admissions consultants give me? I’ve done the free consultation options with a few firms (Menlo, MBAmission, Stacey Blackman) and they are all saying that I have a serious shot at Stanford/HBS and near-guarantee at M7.
