Use swipe for mood not for concept

@senior art director 1 - agree with possibly finding an image to represent your idea AFTER you have the idea. If it exists. But lately I’ve reviewed work where the swipe Is the idea.

@SAD1 exactly

Not sure what the complaint here is exactly… An idea is an idea is an idea. No need to get snobby about the method of communicating it.

Thank you for apologizing for this nonsensical point of view. Apology accepted.

funny

I think he means finding an existing stock image and writing a line to it, turning that into an ad? Like what happens with social media ads. So I'm guessing the complaint is, the visual execution is straight and not conveying much of a concept? Am I overthinking this? 😂

Weird, I didn’t realize that is even done. Are you sure that’s the case? How do they look for images if the idea doesn’t already exist? I think you might just be assuming that’s what’s happening. I honestly don’t even know how you do that.

Hello all Is Accenture rejecting the candidates who are holding offers though he/she cleared the rounds?? I got interviewed for tech and managerial rounds , I was confident on clearing it. In MR, when interviewer asked about notice period i told that I m holding offer from other companies and got rejection mail next day. Same happened to few of my mutual friends. To conclude , we shouldn't be exposing the offers which we are currently holding to ACN?

Guys I have a huge problem. How do you make decisions? Especially when you're presented with multiple mixed bag of choices? Its what I'm struggling with lately for choosing a company to join. Btw, I have an enormous list of pros n cons YET it's difficult deciding based on short-term and long-term goals. I "need" a challenging role but also enough WLB for a good CTC. How do you decide what to accept and what to let go/sacrifice? It was fine for first 4 yrs of work, now I think shit's getting real
