This statement made by a colleague infuriates me: “HR has the responsibility but not the authority to change disinterested leadership" Just makes me think what's the point then? Do you agree?

What is the federal parental leave policy? I’m new to government and having a baby soon. I know we’re given 12 weeks and have to sign an agreement to work 12 weeks after we return but are there other stipulations to a claw back period or how long we had to be at the agency first?
Currently a change management practitioner. What are the best exit opportunities to the corporate world?

Accenture Director Salary? Financials side
Hello all Is Accenture rejecting the candidates who are holding offers though he/she cleared the rounds?? I got interviewed for tech and managerial rounds , I was confident on clearing it. In MR, when interviewer asked about notice period i told that I m holding offer from other companies and got rejection mail next day. Same happened to few of my mutual friends. To conclude , we shouldn't be exposing the offers which we are currently holding to ACN?
SOX - I’m senior associate and applying for accounting manager role that talks about being involved with SOX requirements. Is this difficult or is this easy to learn?
Guys I have a huge problem. How do you make decisions? Especially when you're presented with multiple mixed bag of choices? Its what I'm struggling with lately for choosing a company to join. Btw, I have an enormous list of pros n cons YET it's difficult deciding based on short-term and long-term goals. I "need" a challenging role but also enough WLB for a good CTC. How do you decide what to accept and what to let go/sacrifice? It was fine for first 4 yrs of work, now I think shit's getting real
Hi. I'm looking for recommendations for an easy to set up and administer intranet solution that you have used for onboarding.
Culture/workload/hours between B4 vs mid-tier?
