Is a cover letter necessary?
Hi fishes, what are the chances of Pwc AC rescinding an offer, given the market condition. The offer letter I have received seems to be generic and doesn't look it is for a specific project. The role seems to be generic. I am a little hesitant, specially because of HR's behaviour who doesn't seem to care responding to my queries and ignores all my emails and calls. Any advice?
Passport, most recent I-94, your diplomas and transcripts, all your visas and entry stamps, all prior H-1B approval notices, your I-140 approval notice (if you have one), and most recent paystubs as evidence of current employment and maintenance of status. If you have family members that will need H-4 applications, you should provide their passports, I-94s, all prior approval notices, all visas and entry stamps, and birth/marriage certificates.
If you’ve ever held a J-1 or J-2 visa, you should provide your DS-2019 if available, as well as the J-1 visas and J-1 entry stamps. If applicable, you should also provide the approval notice for the residency requirement waiver IF you were subject to the 2-year rule and applied for the waiver. If you’ve never had a J-1/J-2 don’t worry about it :)
Feel free to also contact the team handling your case as they may have a specific list they’d like! Upon initiation of the case this should have been provided to you anyway.
Yes absolutely! Typically the transfer will include a 3-year extension by default, but if you’re getting close to the 6-year max you may not get a 3 year extension until you get your I-140 approval (and instead only get an additional 1-2 years, or however much time you have left to reach 6 years total). If you already have your I-140 approval, then no worries about totaling more than 6 years in H-1B status :)
Everything...consider it as new petition filed with USCIS.

Did you google it?
Wow, never thought of it! Thanks for being helpful.
I already did. Wanted to get input directly from folks who have been through this.
