If all the top consulting firms made anonymous decks or gave anonymous pitches to a client, eg no branding and the client did not know which firm made which deck, do you actually think that the client would prefer MBB? ￼ Is MBB actually coming up with better/more innovative solutions? I feel like I see many repeat or slightly altered ￼solutions on almost all of my cases, are these really things that people at Deloitte/Accenture etc aren’t coming up with?￼

Those working in consulting at big 4..are you constantly seeing yourself working 50+hrs during Covid and just being told to keep doing it? To what extent can we push back? Just because we are home doesn’t mean we don’t have family obligations as well... expectations up front are never communicated so I don’t find out I’ll be working long until I start a new client....meanwhile many colleagues are working 40hrs consistently but pay is same.... not a complainer but something’s gotta give

How frequently should one expect or advocate for a raise at a small firm? I moved to a new firm (about ten lawyers) about two and a half years ago. After my first year I got a 20% raise following a brief and exclusively positive performance review. Its been about 17 months since then and silence. I have the general sense that the firm struggled a little financially during COVID and I don't want to seem ungrateful or greedy, but apparently the firm is doing well enough to hire more associates.
