Does anyone know why company level boards in Jira don't support hybrid kanban (true backlog with epics)? It only shows fix version in the backlog and can't show epics. This is a potentially dumb question but when you are allocated a certain round of revisions does the last/final version count in that number?
For example, we have four rounds budgeted for an animation, if we provide feedback on R3 are we able to give feedback on the next round as well or do the “four rounds” refer to the four delivered videos?

Hey Everyone! I’m a DC based Associate Producer for an annual special for PBS who’s about to receive a full time job offer. In the role, I’d work as an associate producer on the previously mentioned special, support a podcast, and assist with our media and live event activations for the company. Does anyone have any advice on salary ranges I should look for or resources to get a better sense of my worth and what a fair wage would be?

I’m a relatively new producer in the industry. I’ve worked on and produced projects ranging from social (static and video), digital (websites, banners, etc), radio, and print. I’m curious how you all would recommend me building a portfolio? I have secured a domain and have a CMS to build it on, but I’m wondering how you’d recommend I display the work? Since there’s a mixture of videos, static images, and audio, all with differing aspect ratios, how have any of you done this in a clean way? Thx!
