Upcoming Data Analyst Interview with Healthcare startup company - Clarify Health Solutions. There are 6+ rounds and I’ve only made it through one. Super anxious as I’ve seen online that they tend to ghost throughout the process and it’s hard to get an offer. Can anyone provide any tips or pointers?

I’m seeing the fruits of pushing my product team and the greater company out of “feature factory” product development and into data, research, and outcome driven product design.
It’s been a rough year with a lot of tough conversations with senior management, a lot of saying no when I was the new kid on the team. I made good, informed arguments to why we should change.
We expanded the team to fit/help with the more modern style and I’m leading it. Customer success, sales, marketing, and senior leadership all know what is happening with the product (instead of constantly asking) and they have a direct, mostly automated pipeline to the product team.
Thanks for asking, I’m terrible at looking back (to appreciate, remorse it easy 😅) to what I’ve done when I finally arrive; too busy looking forward to the next challenge.
@Alarm.com 1 We use Productboard to keep track of all areas of the product. They have a lot of integrations with other products that our other teams already use so now they can push feedback, requests, bugs, anything related to the product right into Pb. From there we organize, prioritize, and most importantly capture all of it.
We had a big problem with other teams not trusting the product team. Now they can see what’s going on with their requests, features they have an interest in, etc.
Regardless of the product you use to facilitate this, the most important and challenging aspect was overcoming company and team culture. Constantly selling the vision of a better way to communicate all while getting work done took a lot of effort and endurance. We’re not done (never will be) but the framework for making improvements is setup and everyone really appreciates where we’re going because they’ve seen the value in their day-to-day interactions with the product team.
I think of this whole change as an internal product, you have to be solving problems for internal stakeholders or they aren’t going to trust you or use any tools you set up. Another tool can mean another headache, it’s my job to make sure our aren’t.
I used all my PTO. To me, that is the greatest achievement of all time.

I am gonna have to check back in on all the responses here - I could use some positive energy too. I’ve been feeling super burnt out lately.
