Hertz points are 0 for last 10-15 rentals. Any idea why?

Help please! Just seeking calibration / data points. Total household income = $350k. HCOL / high tax area (nyc, so state and city taxes). We are a couple with no kids, no debt. Rent and utilities is 3.2k monthly (combined). Car payment + insurance is 420/month. What sounds like (or if you’re in a similar situation, what is) reasonable avg total monthly spend (incl all expenses even if one-time like travel etc). Why do I get an auto-decline from MBB? I usually get to the online/HireVue interviews for every other company (finance, consulting). I have a high GPA and a lot of research experience in popular fields (ML/DL). But for MBB I get a decline the next day. Is it because my undergrad is from abroad and non-target? Am I missing resume keywords?

1) what are the main differences vs consulting interviews? Based on the briefing doc from recruiter, it looks similar (behavioral + ~case) but there must be differences

Anyone care to share their luggage delay claim experience with chase and airlines?
My luggage hasn’t came home since my July trip and I have to replace a bunch of stuff inside. Both chase and the airlines have not responded to my previous claims(made during trips for changes of clothes) ….. now the bill is adding up and I don’t know what the max will be with the airlines. (Chase is $300 total but they seem to want to know how much the airline is paying before they pay)

I’m not seeing many benefits to the Amex and I’m wondering whether I should just stop paying the annual fee and apply for CSR instead and get reimbursed for business expenses from that card. Considering I can only put business reimbursable expenses on the Amex, it’s not accumulating points very fast. Would I be better off consolidating my points on CSR? Amex platinum doesn’t seem like the right move for me right now.
