I need some help. I love my partner but her insomnia is just painful.
She won't meditate. She won't do something relaxing. She won't get out of bed and reset when she can't sleep. I work at an association where they have to report the top 10 highly paid employees. Saw that my peer w/ same years of experience is making $70k more than me. I wish I had never seen this information-it has put a horrible twist in my gut and a lot of resentment.
