Hey all- anyone experience difficulty with MBA apps due to being an over-represented minority? (Not sure how one would quantify this, but curious to see what yall think)

I applied to obtain second masters & won’t no longer obtain tuition benefits. (I had to resign from a toxic environment. )
PRO: a great way to network, enhance my skills, have time to transition in program, focus on career development. CON: 50k+ debt.. Is it worth being in additional 50k debt. (I have an MBA.. second masters is business analytics.)
PS. The org I resigned from is where I’ll be obtaining my second masters.

I have 7 years of work exp in Data analytics & Data engineering team. Right now managing a team of 12. Will PMP certification help in career growth ? Needed some view points.

What's the process for CISA verification or any other ISACA cert? I paid the $50 application fees and got the application signed and verified, but what do I have to do now? How to submit my application? There is no option in front my of certification, it just says your application fees has been submitted

Wrestling with worth: I’m a VP at a mortgage firm in the Maryland / DC area. I’m post-MBA (non-target) with a finance undergrad and 13 YoE in marketing including consulting. I’m at $135K base after this last year of pressing for increases - and looking at exiting. How underpaid am I? What should I be targeting? I was a month in as Workday HCM Consultant with Accenture. They immediately throw me into the HCM courses to obtain my WD HCM certification. There are three parts HCM Essentials, HCM Applied, and HCM Practical. The passing score is 70 or above. I scored a 62 on the Essentials portion, I passed Applied, and at the end of this week Practical. During class, I received an “immediate connect” Team call and I was fired because of my low score. I'm devastated, and shocked. Yesterday was my birthday.

I want to upskill my self. Can you all please drop in suggestions acc to my tech stack?

AWS -> 5 month project experience (Studied for Solutions Architect Certification though couldn't clear exam in 1st attempt)

Would love some insight on how you went from an HR assistant/coordinator to an HR Generalist. I’ve been in the HR world for 8 years, and only in the last 2-3 have I really done real HR work. The first company I was at didn’t have a solid HR team so I don’t really count that. I feel like I’m ready to take on more responsibility and learn more. And of course make more money.
