Hey all. Burning question — what would be a good hourly rate range for a seasoned account director for a few month gig?

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.

Case load= malpractice? Small plaintiff’s firm of 25 attorneys. I was a 2 year associate hired and given 50 active files in pre litigation status. 9 mos later a partner quit and I inherited 45 more. I started my career as an org social coordinator. 2 years later I’m now a generalist (Work in progress) - but I manage Google ads, org social, blog, seo, PR & affiliate programs.
