Am I just being old fashioned for no reason? My in laws want to buy our to-be three-year-old a Kindle Fire tablet for his birthday. It’s a special one made just for kids 3-7 years old with all kinds of parental controls and content restrictions. My concern is more … isn’t three a bit young for a tablet? Shouldn’t we be encouraging Legos and outside time and more tactile/creativity toys at this age?

Silly post but....
I’m quarantining with my mom b/c I moved back home during the pandemic. My mom gets annoyed at me cause I look like a bum and wants me to wear more jewelry to look ladylike. She has a small special gold necklace that she wants me to wear everyday. I’m SO irritated that she’s “making” me wear it. It’s my body, & I don’t think I should be forced to wear something I don’t want. She thinks I should do it for her. Am I being petty? We have a good relationship, but this is annoying
