hi, looking at joining a t2 as an experienced consultant. the recruiter mentioned the job was part of this specific practice being built out in reaction to a recently won 5 year project. if i am hired into this team, would i be expected to be linked to this project for the entire 5 years? my concern is that the position ends up being contract-like with no exposure to other projects and teams and that my fate would be too closely linked with this project.

I seem to go through this cycle where I'll try to fix a problem, fix it and then go back to my old ways. I'm trying to fight against it but basically my performance review is coming up and I think it's likely I'm going to be let go because of my failure to meet expectations. Heard back through the recruiter on 10/8 and just got my HireVue last night (10/13) and completed it today 10/14. Both of the positions are currently saying “Resume Under Review”
