Hey all! Have been trying to get into consulting but finding it challenging to get past recruiters (plus not sure I'll make it past case interviews if I even do get that far). Have an MBA. Anyone have any suggestions for other jobs besides consulting? Need to make 100k or more, though, to maintain current salary.

Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months.. They have stopped my appraisal as well...

So in total, I lost my appraisal money, bonus and Earned Leaves money... I feel betrayed and cheated...

What happens to the buy-in once a Partner leaves? I have an equity partner position offer from a Big4 company and I need to buy-in, which is equivalent to Y1 target comp. The buy-in is in the form of a bank loan which the company takes out in my name and they cover all interest payments. I am curious as to what happens when I eventually exit the partnership. Will I get the buy- in amount back as the loan is against my name?
