Biased as I am a leader here. Unprecedented trust and opportunities given to juniors, unlike what I've seen in other places. We're busy right now, so there's no beach time, but I think WLB is as good or better than other boutiques and MUCH better than places like Clearview. I don't know how comp compares in UK. I overall think our comp isn't as competitive as some more prominent firms, but our culture is lovely. We're growing, our people are growing. But we're small enough where you have to judge if you like us :)

In considering a role at Kx Advisors, it would be helpful to understand how being owned by an advertising agency (that is private equity owned) impacts dynamics for staff (e.g., raises, bonuses).
Also, it will be interesting to see if Kx and Hayden are merged (given Hayden was just acquired by the parent agency).
my understanding is Hayden pays a lot more at comparable levels, interesting to see how they will manage that
Interviewed there for an AC role. I think the pay is under market value but you get a lot of work ownership and can rise fast. I personally didn’t connect that well with a lot of senior leaders on a personal level tho but your mileage may very
DC is a little lower COL to Boston and NYC so think it’s all comparable.
From what I’ve heard pay is abysmal, especially if you consider they have Boston and NYC locations and salaries the same regardless. They are transparent with their salaries online too. You can see manager salary is even lower than SC salary at several consulting competitors (BM, CV ) 😬
