They will most likely correct it in final year end numbers. The current logic calculates the old way

Have been over 100% utilized YTD until rolling off 3 weeks ago. My practice's leads in the pipeline keep evaporating and now the closest possible engagement is at least 2-3 weeks out. (Cont)

Looking at the way people are laid off, utilization is just one part of it. It's so hard to pin point what is (proper consultants let go from projects, etc..)

my partner always says you have to to reach out for work everyday when available and blames low utilization on the staff level when we have a dedicated resource manager. Is this industry standard?

Probably asked a lot but how do you deal with the stress of a new project which involves a new team?
