resume needs to be in this format or it will get tossed by 99% of recruiters and people you network with

FB1, my recruiter friend routinely says the one page rule is a myth. Don't turn in a whole packet academia style, but pretty much no one will skip your resume because you had a page two. Maybe only some 20% of people will actually glance at the second, but having some extra stuff back there won't hurt you

*Not applicable to OP, new grad resumes with two pages will still faux pas. Friend was talking about people with a few FTE positions.

What does "70% in Machine Learning and Deep Learning" mean on your personal site?

Landing page feels slick and I like how you have many projects to list. I didn't read into them though (see last paragraph).

Second DoA1, get rid of the percentages on skills. From lack of clarity to potential for being read as hubris, they can only detract. If you want to show a ranking, then list them with a less intrusive ordinal scale.

A nice to have in that same section would be expandable menus in each element highlighting which projects each skill maps to. I would have liked to see what you know about ML, not just that you think it's one of your skills.

A handful of links on the site 404 or load blank on mobile chrome. I wasn't trying to break anything, but did in under a minute by exploring. Stopped exploring the site after the second broken link. Pretty serious usability issue.

Hi guy, does anyone know why NETFLIX 10/16 calls gains is so much less than NETFLIX 10/23 calls? For an example, NETFLX 10/16 call @ 550 has a daily gained of ~10%. While the NETFLIX 10/23 @ 550 has a daily gained of 50%. I thought, generally the closer to date to the expiration is, the more daily % gains it will have?

It feels like this bowl is mostly about jobs, salary etc.. let's change the topic for a bit. For those of you, that have been implementing Workday for a while, have seen the evolution of the UX.. Curious to hear some thoughts/quirks (positive/negative) on the some of the recent changes. I'll go first: The search bar in the middle and the annoying search suggestions/recent searches when navigating between pages, profile, config tasks... What are yours?

Hi Fishes! Currently approaching the end of an interview process with Deliveroo process but they haven't mentioned the compensation at all during the process. I disclosed my current salary and expectations so I assume it's within budget otherwise I'd hope they wouldn't waste my time! Any ideas of the rough comp for a finance and strategy associate?
Thanks in advance!
