This bowl has helped me through some very dark times, and I come back to get more perspective again. In 2020, we went through IVF and had 4 embryos of grade good enough to transfer. We transferred the best quality one and thankfully, it was a success. We stored rest of the three embryos. I do want another baby but my pregnancy and delivery was quite rough and my body won’t be able to handle it immediately and probably for another year or so. Anybody in similar situation? I am 37 if that helps.

@Deloitte/Pwc folks: Do you need to work a certain amount of time at the firm before being eligible for parental leave?

My 22 month old son has been extremely violent recently, mostly towards his father. He bites, scratches and hits my husband a lot, often unwarranted, and once in a while, does the same to me. He is also very aggressively shaking his head back and forth when he doesn’t want to eat anymore and swipes food away that he doesn’t want. It’s pretty monstrous. Not sure if this is normal for his age or if we should start looking at behavioral therapists.

He/She would perform for groups and events held at the civic center solo, as a child. He/She would sing and dance at these events. He/She also won 1st place state UIL in poetry reading. This person loves to "roll" with whatever comes his/her way!

My spouse is about to go out of town for a long weekend. This is going to leave me with my step daughter. We haven't been getting along lately and she's been in full teenage and moody prime. She isn't a bad kid (good grades ect) she's just a nightmare to live with. Any advice? Im really nervous about being left alone with her this time.

I'm a little annoyed. there are sooo many Instagram accounts for moms-to-be, new moms but not a single account for dad-to-be or new dad's, the dad accounts I did find were all based on funny memes with kids. Not a single account with how to care for a baby or how to be a supportive pregnancy partner or parenting. This research basically started because my husband said he doesn't need to know all these things as it's a woman's role and lack of similar accounts men is proof that he doesn't need to

How do you gracefully opt out of the many “extra” costs in your school? Examples: team Halloween costumes (an expectation at my school), team shirts for every conceivable special day, each grade is assigned a pitch-in date to serve 80 staff (that’s pricey when most teams have just 5 teachers), week-long secret Santa with each day a specific theme (like “gift card Thursday”), gifts for every new baby & wedding….I politely declined the white elephant exchange & now I’m “not a team player.”
