Need some help. Cleared 3 rounds and completed my Panel Interview for Solution Architect role in Salesforce last Thursday. No reply from HR for last few days, Sent a note this morning asking about the status/decision.

No reply from HR yet. Is this good or bad ? Do they usually provide with feedback if you don't make it in the final round ?

Should I update my LinkedIn to say Salesforce Admin? I’ve been certified since October, so I have the role in my headline, but I’m thinking it’s time to update it in my work experience. I have been transitioned to work on only Salesforce related items with the company’s Salesforce Admin. When I asked my boss about a title change, however, they said that it’s doable but want to wait until performance reviews so they can couple it with a pay increase. As nice as this sounds I feel like It’s BS.
