I just got an offer from EY in London but considering based on what the maternity policy is which doesn’t seem to be spelt out in contract or benefits pdf. Does anyone know a) if there’s a minimum employment period to qualify and b) what the enhanced maternity pay is. I’ve read both 16 weeks and 18 weeks.

Hi All , I am getting an offer of 62k euros in Netherlands. Currently i have 26lpa fixed +27 % variable for 10 yoe sap functional. Is it good to consider this offer or pass since my annual appraisal will also increase my ctc this month. Thanks Accenture India Tata Consultancy Deloitte EY
I think the Australia offer is a clear loser here for two reasons:
1. Australia is way behind India in tech.
2. Compensation is peanuts if you compare it to 45 LPA (both of your salary) in India.
Sydney with 95k you can lead decent life and there are opportunities for android devs and they consider only local experience
Yes. Unless you switch to PR and move from tech Mahindra any home grown company you can't have anything more than decent lifestyle over there
