I know that cybersecurity is in high demand but I’m curious on what should I expect in terms of salary?

For background: recent grad with “concentration” (minor?) in cybersecurity.
3.80+ GPA and currently have ~2yrs exp in data analytics.
Location: TX
Currently have offer for dev job that’s between 60-75k

I have cleared CTS interview & received offer letter. In my first company, i was trainee and not eligible for pf & form 16

In bgv, if there is no pf & form 16, i need to submit HR confirmation mail.

I have contacted that company HR, he told that organisation has restrictions to send mail to outside, so he can't send mail confirmation, but he was ready to give any confirmation via call.

I mentioned the same in CTS bgv oneCognizant , but they are rejecting.

I applied for a L7 Principal Eng. mgr role and provided $350k-$450k TC range. Was offered the L6 Sr. Engagement Mgr role $29k K TC.
- Base $190k, $90k Y1, $68k Y2, 80 RSU
RSU valued at $222k based on $2.5k (30day avg + 15% YOY growth) - actual value $2.1k today.

Any advice on negotiation? Interviewer says max $200k Base/$300k TC Atlanta area. Is $225k base/$350k TC feasible?

I interviewed for a job at a new company, and the role would be a huge pivot for me. When asked, I gave the absolute minimum I would be willing to accept (my current salary) since I have no experience in the area. The company came back and offered an interview for a different role, much closer to the job I currently do. I had a 2nd round interview today at ICF. After my thank you email, the interviewer said I should be hearing from HR soon. Pre-interview when I asked the salary range for the role, HR said low 70s. What is a reasonable offer? How much more should I negotiate without losing offer? If $$ isn’t possible what should I ask for? I really want to work for them but I also want to learn to ask for more.

I’ve been doing some research in to equity in a job offer for startups. But I haven’t found much on startups that haven’t gone public yet. Any advice on how to research this or how you would handle this portion of the job offer?
