I love the that they’re healthcare specialists and how they’ve divided up their services. They’re structured professional development seems on point. Accessibility to senior management. It seems to be a well established medium-sized firm with more of a boutique feel. The organizations that they partner with The alleged culture The favorable employee reviews

Also willing to connect with healthcare consultants of other firms. Would love to get referred.

Has anyone ever disclosed a mental health diagnosis to their firm? I have ADHD and have never told my firm because it was never relevant. I’m on medication and I always get my work done on time and I do a good job. However, I’m always behind on entering my billable hours into our time entry system (I keep track on paper) and I wish I could tell them that my ADHD makes small tasks like that harder, but I’m worried about how knowing that about me might change how they perceive me. Any advice?

Hi everyone, its my first time posting here but thought I'd ask for some advice on this. am a beginner UXer with a design education background. I just got a job as UI Designer. I am super anxious. I am good at research to wireframing. But UI, never done it before... high fid, design systems etc are all so new to me. This is making me so insecure getting into the new job what if I make a fool of myself? What if I ruin projects and real client work? Should be excited but can't stop overthinking.
