I have a BBA in Marketing and Management and 8 years of experience in hearing aid sales, where I've gained nothing useful enough to transition to another field (at least I don't think so). I finished law school a semester early and just found out I passed the Feb bar. Is it common to ask your firm to start early rather than waiting until the Fall?

Three months into litigation, working at a mid-size firm in three different practice groups under four different partners. I’ve botched two drafting assignments in a row for one of the partners. Having a crisis of self confidence and don’t know how short of a leash I’m on if I mess up another assignment. I read all the critiques for my work and get where I need to improve, but it’s demoralizing. Any advice beyond reading and understanding the constructive criticism I’m receiving?
