I’ve found myself super depressed and full of self-doubt. Deep down I know that I’m a strong employee, a good friend and mom, a loving wife—but sometimes my own limiting voice keeps my from reaching my full potential. I’m in my early 30s and still criticize my weight, the way I interact, what I wear, etc. On some days that inner voice is so loud that I make mistakes that could have otherwise been avoided because I’m in my own head. Am I alone? What should I do?

Pretty certain I will be fired or asked to quit if I can’t pass a licensing exam in a few weeks as it’s my final try. I am currently also learning Data Analytics course from Google which will be roughly completed in another 6 months. I have 4 yrs of work ex in Amazon as L4 and many a times I see various L5 job opportunities where I can be a good fit but just because l’m an internal employee they won’t take me but will hire someone else. I don’t understand the reason or logic behind that ?

Why do i feel like I'm the least liked person in my group by the managers.
I work so hard, almost on the top of the group every time. I have got my team recognition by my work . Still for no reason people justly ignore me n my work. Not when i do even s sought mistake though. They avoid appreciating me as much as they can. This is literally depressing .
And it is due to my nature only because it is not about one or two managers or persons it's about every person in my life.
