I had given Accenture interview on 5th March and on the same day got an email that I cleared the round then salary discussion also happened. But then they didn't release the offer. In the portal status went to " owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature". Also then after multiple followups got an update from HR that they don't have any requirements for the position. Now it's been more than a month what should I do ? I have got an offer from Accenture for Level8. I was 60% matching for the profile and got selected through saying there no project currently for this role, we are taking in advance. I doubt if they would send me out after project allocation done saying profile not matching. Want to know is there job security in Accenture provided I can learn and upskill the remaining 40% in 3 months time.

How should I navigate questions about my career change and quitting my job?

I am preparing to apply for jobs. I quit my job in 12/2020 due to instability (they cut my pay and hours to part-time and a layoff was impending) and worked as a trainer. Then I went back to the company in a different role a year later. Quit 3 months later after being treated unfairly, and poor outlook of the company.

Talk me off a ledge!!! I had an interview with one of the leading professional service firms that I won’t mention for an internal services Learning Manager role. (I’m a former employee from the consulting side) I had a first round interview, that from my perspective, I aced… I answered everything thoroughly, I was engaged with the interviewer…she stated my skills lined up perfectly with the role and that she wanted me to talk to her manager….15 min after the interview I get a no go email…ugh

Do thank you notes even help? I usually thank them at the end of the interview so it seems a bit too extra to send another email.

I applied for a job based on the job description and now have an interview with the Recruiter in the next couple of days. In preparation for the interview I did some research and have serious concerns about the company. E.g., most of the most recent Glassdoor reviews describe the company as a "sinking ship" with poor benefits and poor leadership.
