Salary question: how much do full-time podcast producers usually make hourly, working at a company with 10k+ employees? I’ve been working at my company for a couple of years at the same rate now, and I’m wondering if I’m getting underpaid.

Today the firm countered my offer to go elsewhere and offered an additional 62k for me to stay. I said no - my thought process being that they could have upped my comp at any time and I’m just really ready to try something new. Am I crazy?

Are recruiters worth more than L&D specialists? We have a new recuiter that transferred in from another dept. & is already making more than me and has a higher comp range. We have same tenure & they have NO prev. recuiting experience. I should also add I have been helping cover recuiting in interim. I also help cover HR tasks, have my SHRM, 5 years of HR exp., and 2 degrees. Is the "value" for recruiters more than L&D? I feel a little taken advantage of, but want to know if I'm off base here.

Hi team i have a bit of doubt.
I have an excel sheet where column A is the order numbers. I want to add comments in column G.
There are many repetitions in order numbers but they are all sorted in ascending so all the repetitions are below one another.

If i have a comment, how can i automatically paste that same comment in all the repetitions of that order numbers if i write it in the 1st instance.

* Ford + Google partner up to make a coding bootcamp for high schoolers
