My current role is Senior Automation Engineer. Position offered is Test Analyst (Lead).
CTC Offered: 26 (24 fixed + variable)
One of my queries is regarding the Medical Insurance. As per the offer letter it mentions "Mediclaim Scheme with Floater Option of Self + 3 or Self + 5 with/without parents. " : INR. 150,000/- to INR. 3,000,000/- 
Does this mean that without paying extra, the med insurance is just 1.5L?

I need more insight. I just got done with my on-site interview (flew 1,000 miles) they paid for everything. I had interviews with the director, CNO, and fellow managers. The CNO was fourth coming with all information and said they would develop me to reach my career goals. The managers were telling me the good school districts etc. and we’re agreeing with my answers during the interview. I’m probably going to end up over analyzing everything until I hear back. Finished the last steps for interviewing with a company - reference checks. All my references told me that they gave stellar reviews on Monday.

It is now Thursday and no word on an offer. Everyone seemed to like me - so much so that they said they expedited my interview process.

So should I follow up today or wait until tomorrow (Friday) to follow-up?

This is for a Senior Marketing Manager position.

I have my 3rd out of 4 interviews today for an internal transfer. This position wouldn’t be a promotion but rather a lateral move. 4 interviews? That’s more than an outside hire, the whole reason I’m being considered is my unique value I’ll be bringing to that department.

P.s my final interview is with my current manager who is NOT in charge of the new department… he also told me he didn’t think I was ready for the change when I initially told him I was making a move. Let’s see how it goes!

I recently interviewed for a health research analyst position Ina consulting firm. I found some of the questions objectionable. What threw me off was the interviewer asked me and I will quote them " with your current generation, work life balance is a huge deal. What do you think are the benefits of working?" They also told me they do "overtime".
Is it just me who thinks this was another way of saying we want you to work more than required?
