It is end of month (you are paying for the month out of your paycheck with your premiums). If you get laid off, IPG is historically generous with giving you support towards Cobra your first month or so.
every employer i’ve ever left (does not include R/GA) has covered until the last day of the last month I’ve been employed.
When they laid me off it was through the end of the month.

Leo - Cobra does. it means you have access to the insurance but you pay 100%. the question was about you paying your normal share/agency paying it’s normal share.
I was told by an hr friend - make the 4th day of the month your last day, it will often give you coverage for the rest of that month. Probably depends on where tho.
I just left RGA literally a week ago and the health care went til end of the month. Plus they covered cobra for two months
