Hey...anyone know if R/GA's health care plan cover for the entire month if you were to leave mid-month? Or, do they only cover until your last day of employment ?

Found some random quora answer about converting it to individual policy before leaving, does anybody have any idea about this process. And will converting to individual policy help me avoid paying the entire premium for my parents.

I have two offers from two completely different domains.
1 offer is from CVS Health as Senior Advisor (IC) remote and the other offer is from Expedia SSE 3 (hybrid) with a similar overall TC.

Looking for advice on which to join.
I am thinking of CVS health as I feel it's more aligned with my yoe.
