I used to really love and prioritize my job before I became a mom. I worked early, worked late, and put a lot of effort into establishing myself as a reliable, hardworking person. But after I had my son, my job went from the number 1 priority to like number 10. I still like my job and I still work hard, but I used to go above and beyond every day, and now, I do my job and I'm logging off at 5 to spend time with my family. Anyone else experience this?

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. It would be really helpful if anyone could share their views. Thanks.
